Will I be charged VAT on my order?
As of 1st July 2021 there are new rules in place for parcels being sent to the EU which means you may be charged a fee. Customers are responsible for any import VAT, taxes and fees.
Will COVID-19 affect my order?
Please be aware that there are delays with delivery worldwide right now due to the pandemic. I'm so sorry if you don't get your order in time but this is unfortunately out of my hands. If you'd prefer to cancel let me know. So sorry for the inconvenience, thanks so much for your patience and understanding at this difficult time.
Can I collect my order in person?
If you are local and would like to collect your order to save on shipping, please select that option at the checkout and get in touch with me to arrange a time. Collection is available from my studio at A4 Studios in Altrincham (Greater Manchester, UK).
Can I get combined shipping?
Combined postage costs are calculated automatically at the checkout, but if you are interested in placing a large order please get in touch first for a more accurate shipping cost.
Can I get a tracking number for my order?
Most orders are not sent via tracked delivery. This is because international postage can be expensive and I try to keep the costs as low as possible. Tracked shipping is an optional extra you can pay for at the checkout, or you can get in touch with me so that I can calculate exactly how much your tracked shipping would be.
Why is my postage so expensive?
I calculate all the shipping costs based on the weight of the item, I do my best to make all the costs as accurate as possible. As I am based in the UK some destinations such as the USA and Australia are expensive to ship to, particularly for heavier items such as mugs.
If you are placing an order for several items and the shipping seems too much please get in touch to get a more accurate price, as it is difficult to set the combined shipping to automatically come out accurately every time.
Where is my order?

What if my order arrives damaged?
If your order arrives damaged please let me know at illustration@lyndseygreen.co.uk and I can sort a replacement for you. Please note that all orders are packaged as carefully as possible to prevent damage, but on rare occasions accidents can still happen within the postal system.
Can I return my order?
If you change your mind before your order is dispatched please let me know and I can cancel your order. If you have an issue with your order such as receiving the wrong item please let me know at illustration@lyndseygreen.co.uk and I can sort a replacement for you.
If you'd like to return your order please let me know within 14 days. Buyers are responsible for the cost of shipping returns back to me, and will receive a refund for the cost of the item only once I receive the return in it's original condition. The buyer is responsible for any damage due to poor packaging. Personalised orders cannot be returned.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
Gift wrapping is an optional extra available at the checkout. My gift wrapping is eco friendly and plastic free! I will wrap your item with recyclable brown paper, fixed with biodegradable paper tape and natural cotton twine, with a gift tag for your message. There are currently festive options for the paper, so please let me know if you would prefer Christmas wrapping.
I can also include gift notes free of charge, and send orders directly to your recipient. Please ensure that you include your message in a note with your order, and set your delivery address to your recipient's address.
Do you offer wholesale prices?
I do sell my items to shops so please get in touch for a list of my wholesale prices, or visit my website www.lyndseygreen.co.uk to view my catalogue.
Custom Orders
Can I get a larger or custom size print?
I am happy to take requests for larger prints of most of my illustrations, but some of my older pictures may be too small to print much bigger than A3. I have to order custom prints in so please get in touch to discuss the options.
Custom and personalised orders
I can take some requests for custom items, please get in touch if you'd like to discuss something. I can also take commissions for new artwork but please bear in mind that if you request an item such as a mug or greeting card featuring a new design that it is the artwork you are paying for - please don't expect to pay the same price as a standard item. Designs can take several days of hard work to create and I charge accordingly. Please get in touch if you would like to discuss possibilities.
